  • I offer online and face to face - individual, relationship, and family counselling for children (7 Years +), adolescents, and adults, supporting a range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges in a safe, respectful space.

  • Getting started is simple. You can get started by reaching out by using the contact form on the website. From there, we’ll arrange an initial session to understand your needs and how I can best support you.

  • I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach and tailor therapy to each person I work with. I draw on different counselling approaches alongside Te Ao Māori perspectives, creating a space that feels respectful, genuine, and centred around you.

  • You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 1–2 working days.

  • Sessions are charged at an hourly rate, with individual sessions at $120 (face-to-face or online) and couples sessions at $200. Payment can be made on the day, in advance via bank deposit, or by cash. As appointment times are set aside especially for you, a fee may apply for missed sessions or late cancellations—this will always be discussed with care and understanding.
