Relationship Counselling
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful and enriching parts of our lives, but they can also bring challenges, misunderstandings, and periods of disconnection. Relationship counselling offers a supportive space for couples or partners to slow down, listen to one another, and explore what may be happening beneath the surface of conflict or distance.
In our 90-minute sessions, we work together to better understand patterns within the relationship, improve communication, and rebuild connection. The goal is not to assign blame, but to create a space where both people feel heard, respected, and supported.
Whether you are navigating ongoing conflict, feeling disconnected, facing a life transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, counselling can help you develop greater understanding, empathy, and new ways of relating to one another.
Every relationship is unique. My role is to walk alongside you both with curiosity, compassion, and care as you explore what is needed to move forward in a healthier and more connected way.
